Understanding Mental Health and

A dual diagnosis means having both a mental health condition and a substance use disorder at the same time. Treating both together leads to better outcomes.
We treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other conditions — particularly when they co-occur with substance use.
Individual therapy, group therapy, and family counselling. Methods include CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches.

Not necessarily. Medication is recommended when appropriate and always discussed with you. Many patients benefit from therapy alone or a combination of both.
